The following information is very general and we highly recommend you contact the representative on your area. Not all fundraising distributors will carry all of the flavors or they may vary in delivery, selling methods and payment. Please contact the fundraising company closest to you for any and all detailed information. The Cookie Dough:

This is a frozen product which can be kept in a freezer for one year or in a refrigerator for 90 days. If it thaws, it can be refrozen without loss of quality. It is a quick and easy way to make as many or as few cookies as you need - just scoop out dough and make cookies as small or as large as you fancy, and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 275 - 300 degrees F or 135 - 150 degrees C.

The pails weigh 3 lb. There are 6 pails per case. There is only one flavor per case. Full case sales only. Always order a few extra cases. The Minimum order is 50 cases, delivered to the approved end destination (school, community hall, etc.).

Delivery:(Only Applicable in Alberta)

All orders will be delivered to an approved location of your choice. Please note we do not have much control over the transport companies and can not guarantee the exact time they will deliver the product to your location.

Time Scale:(Only Applicable in Alberta)

Please allow 10 working days from the time you place your order to the time the product arrives at your location.

Method of Payment:

All cookie dough must be paid for before it is picked up or delivered. If you follow the suggested method of selling your should have no problem complying with the schedule.

Suggested Method of Selling:

1. Establish your goals. Each member of your group should easily be able to sell a case of 6 pails (if not 2 cases). This will give you a likely total of cases involved. Get parents involved in selling to their co-workers.
2. Most groups in the past have found that pre-selling works the best, as they do not have to put out money for their reserve funds.
3. Use our order forms or design your own.
4. Calculate how many cases of each flavor you require in full cases and phone or fax your order to your fundraising agent.
5. Send a cheque or money order payable to Bakers Trading Inc. Covering the total amount owing. Remember payment is required before product can be released.
6. Arrange a central place for the cookie dough to be distributed.
