Bakers Trading Inc. has been selling and distributing English Bay Cookie Dough for Fundraising purposes of all kinds since 1992. Bakers Trading Inc has the Fundraising Rights to sell and distribute English Bay Cookie Dough in North America. Our office is located in Parkland County near Stony Plain, Alberta, Canada. Bakers Trading Inc. has qualified sales representitives throughout North America. It is our mission to offer a quality, value priced product to the industry. We are the Alternative to Chocolates and Gift-Wrap.

Since 1984 English Bay Batter has been a manufacturer of frozen cookie batter. Efforts to refine classic creation have placed English Bay Batter in the forefront of the gourmet cookie dough industry. English Bay Batter has achieved several awards including the 1999 Gold Tasting Award, for many of their varieties. To meet the widening call for the product, English Bay Batter has manufacturing facilities and distribution centres located in both Eastern and Western Canada / Eastern and Western USA. These facilities enable us to service the North American Market Place.
